Attendee Registration
Each employee of a 9-States member organization who wishes to attend the 2025 conference is required to complete their own registration and booking form. Registration and payment for the 2025 conference must be completed no later than July 31, 2025.
Registration for the 2025 conference is $500 per attendee. Payment is due upon registering for the conference. 9-States member organization employees are permitted to add one (1) additional person to their registration as a "plus-one" for an additional registration fee of $100. The plus-one must be 21 years or older and is entitled to accompany the registered attendee to the formal 9-States Banquet and the additional conference-sponsored activities and events. Plus-ones are not permitted in the official 9-States meetings.
Conference attendees may have additional people travel with them to the conference and stay with them at the Snow King Hotel & Resort. However, only the registered attendee and their registered plus-one are permitted to participate in conference-sponsored events.
To register as an attendee for the 9-States Conference, please click the "Register Now" button below. Registration costs cover attendance at the conference, banquet, and sponsored activities only. Travel and hotel expenses and bookings are the responsibility of the attendee.

Important conference information for member organizations and attendees:
-
The Snow King Hotel & Resort has set aside a block of rooms at a special rate for conference attendees. Room reservations and payments are the responsibility of the individual(s) attending the conference. Room availability is limited at the hotel. After all rooms have been booked at the Snow King Hotel & Resort, conference attendees will be required to arrange lodging at another facility. Conference attendees who are not staying at the Snow King Hotel & Resort are responsible for their own transportation to and from the conference each day. Airport transportation may still be available for those attendees staying elsewhere.
-
Due to space constraints, each 9-States member organization (law enforcement agency) is permitted to have up to ten (10) agency members attend the conference. This number does not include "plus-one" tickets. Each agency member must register to attend.
-
Conference attendees are responsible for coordinating and funding their own travel to and from the conference. The 9-States Conference staff are available to assist with vehicular transportation for registered attendees between the Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) and the attendee's lodging accommodations on the following dates ONLY: 9/21/2025, 9/22/2025, and 9/26/2025. Attendees who require vehicular transportation described above must make the appropriate indication on their conference registration form.
-
Transportation to and from the airport is provided for conference attendees only. Sponsors/vendors are responsible for their own transportation to and from JAC. Sponsors/vendors are eligible for transportation to the banquet and/or sponsored activities with a valid corresponding sponsorship registration ticket for the specific event(s).
-
The 9-States Banquet & Keynote event will be held at the Rendezvous Lodge in Teton Village. This is a secondary location away from the Snow King Hotel & Resort/conference center. Conference-sponsored transportation will be available for all registered attendees, plus-ones, and sponsors between the Snow King Hotel and Teton Village. Banquet transportation will be available at specified times only. Attendees, plus-ones, and/or sponsors who miss the provided transportation are responsible for their own transportation to and/or from the banquet.
-
For additional conference-sponsored activities held in secondary locations, transportation will be provided between the Snow King Hotel & Resort and the location(s) of such activities. Transportation schedules and options will be posted at the conference for these activities. Attendees, plus-ones, and/or sponsors who miss the provided transportation are responsible for their own transportation to and/or from the activities.
