Located just 10 miles from the conference location and situated at the foot of the Teton Mountain Range, the Jackson Hole Airport is the preferred destination for those choosing to fly to the conference. Transportation between JAC and the Snow King Hotel can be arranged through the 9-States Conference for attendees and their families.  Rental car and shuttle options are also available at the airport.

The town of Jackson is located in west-central Wyoming, just 19 miles from the Idaho border and about a 4.5 hour drive from Salt Lake City, UT.  Grand Teton National Park and the National Elk Refuge border the town to the north.  The south entrance to Yellowstone National Park and attractions such as Old Faithful and the surrounding geyser basin are less than 100 miles away from Jackson's town square.  Jackson's downtown area is walkable and picturesque with plenty of options for food and fun.

The 2025 9-States Conference is being held at the Snow King Resort Hotel. Located at the base of Snow King Mountain, the hotel and conference areas are just blocks from the historic Jackson Hole Town Square.  The Hotel offers an on-site 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, an on-property game room/arcade, an on-site full-service restaurant, and much more. Hiking, parks, and restaurants are all just a few steps from the hotel doors.
