This "plus-one" ticket permits access to the 9-States banquet & keynote address and sponsored events/activities. Plus-one ticket holders must be at least 21 years old and accompanied by a ticketed 9-States Attendee. Plus-one ticket holders are not permitted in the 9-States Conference meetings.
